- Taking up a hobby
Short term accommodation and assistance
Does your carer need a short break? Our Short-Term Accommodation is also a chance for your family and carers to relax and take a short break from their daily routine.
Do you require temporary support that is different from usual? Our short term accommodation and assistance can support you. It is a place where you can interact with other people and make friends.
Tree of Care offers integrated support for self-care, accommodation, food and activities as per your NDIS plan.
Medium term accommodation
Do you require a longer term transitional accommodation before moving in to a permanent home/arrangement? Tree of Care offer medium term accommodation as per your NDIS plan up to 90 days.
Support Independent Living (SIL) & Individual Living Options (ILO)
SIL is an NDIS support where a person with disability is supported around the clock to live independently. SIL happens in your home. Our friendly staff will support you regardless of where you live, whether you live on your own or you live in a home with other people.
Individual Living Options (ILO) is a flexible package of supports as per your NDIS plan. Tree of Care will support you full time or part time in your own home. We respect your wish and will hold your hands in your walk to achieve your dreams.
